Best Time to Drink Coffee

Love your coffee so what is the best time to drink coffee.
If like most you enjoy a coffee in the morning and get out of bed just to get that first cup of coffee. According to Time Magazine  your early morning cup of coffee is the worst thing you can do as first thing in the morning our bodies contain high levels of cortisol at this time.
As caffeine and cortisol don't get on well with each other as caffeine interferes with the production of the hormone cortisol that is released in response to low blood glucose and stress. As a side cortisol has 3 highs during the day so to avoid these highs drinking coffee is recommended between the hours of 10am and midday then between 2pm and 5pm.
